Lemongrass Chili Prawns

Ingredients:
- prawns ( i cut off head and the sharp tail)
- shallots
- garlic
- lemongrass
- red chili
- salt
- pepper
- lime juice
- water

Method:
- using the mortar and pestle, crush shallots, garlic, lemongrass and red chilies
- set aside in a bowl
- take a scoop of the crushed ingredients to marinade the prawns with added salt and pepper, set aside for at least 20 minutes
- heat wok with oil
- saute garlic and crushed ingredients till fragrant
- stir in the prawns till cooked
- squeeze in lime juice and add some water
- bring to boil and ready for serve
